CBCS – (Conselho Brasileiro de Construção Sustentável)

CBCS is an OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest), established in August 2007, from the interaction of business leaders, researchers, consultants, construction professionals and decisions makers. This initiative aims to increase sustainability in construction sector, creating a neutral platform of discussion on this issue. The organization contributes to generate and disseminate knowledge and sustainability practices in the sector.

 
Secretaria da Habitação

The Secretaria da Habitação is responsable for conducting housing policy of the São Paulo State Government. This organism sets out guidelines and targets, plans and develops specific programs aiming at low income population assistance.
CDHU – (Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitaçional e Urbano do Estado de São Paulo)

The Companhia de Habitação e Desenvolvimento Urbano do Estado de São Paulo (CDHU) is a governmental company that is part of the Secretaria de Habitação, considered as the most important agent promoting low-income housing in the State of São Paulo.

SVMA - Cidade de São Paulo (Secretaria do Verde e Meio Ambiente do Município de São Paulo)

Established in 1986, the Secretaria do Verde e Meio Ambiente of São Paulo City was created to promote the preservation and recovery of environmental quality, coordination and integration of activities related to environmental protection.
 
Secovi-SP – (Sindicato da Habitação)

Secovi-SP (Housing Syndicate) is the largest entity of real state in Latin America. Since 1946, the Syndicate houses several key operating sectors of the real estate production and service chain in Brazil, such as construction development companies, shopping malls, hotel enterprises, condominiums as well as real estate marketing and management, property rent, lease and sale, urban development and land planning.
Ministério das Cidades

Ministério das Cidades defines the Brazilian policy of urban development in accordance with other federal entities (county and state), other branches of government (legislative and judicial) as well as aggregates society, aiming at coordination and integration of investments and actions in the cities of Brazil, in order to reduce social inequality and improve environmental sustainability.
